I think this picture fills the frame because the person in the picture isnt the only one you see. You can see allot of wires and different things.

My two favorite negative pictures were 23a and 24a because i think they really filled the frame and you could see the peoples expressions of frustration and pain of the uncomfortable positions their in trying to get out of the knot.
